Flight Bookings:

Cancellations and refunds for flight bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the respective airline at the time of booking. Please consult your flight booking confirmation for details regarding cancellation fees and refund eligibility. WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD is not responsible for the airline’s cancellation policies.

Hotel Bookings:

Cancellations and refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the respective hotel at the time of booking. Please consult your hotel booking confirmation for details regarding cancellation fees and refund eligibility. WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD is not responsible for the hotel’s cancellation policies. In certain cases, hotels may offer travel credits for future bookings instead of refunds. If the hotel provides a credit, we will pass that credit on to you. However, if the hotel does not issue a refund to us, we cannot issue a refund to you.

Tour Bookings:

Cancellations for tour bookings made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the specific terms and conditions of the tour operator.

Visa Assistance:

Visa application fees are generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application. Contact your travel agent for specific details regarding visa assistance cancellation policies.

Refund Process:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation of eligibility. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the booking.

Exceptions:

While we strive to assist our clients, we act as a service provider and cannot guarantee full refunds for services provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). In cases of documented medical emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to liaise with the relevant parties to explore potential refund options. However, the final decision regarding refunds rests with the respective service providers.

Cancellation Requests:

All cancellation requests must be directed to the travel agent who handled your booking. Please contact them directly for assistance. Contact information for your agent can be found on your booking confirmation.

Company Cancellations:

WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel any travel service due to non-payment by the client by the agreed-upon date or as per our payment policy. In the event that WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD cancels a trip, a full refund will be provided to the client, subject to the reason for the cancellation.

Payment Responsibility:

The client is responsible for all payments due to WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD and must settle all outstanding accounts.

Providing incorrect information may result in booking errors or delays, for which WORLD WIDE OVERSEAS TRAVEL PVT LTD will not be held responsible.
Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates or vaccinations. We can assist with visa applications, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining a visa rests with you.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We partner with third-party travel insurance companies, and any disputes related to travel insurance should be handled directly with the insurance provider. We are not liable for any issues arising from your travel insurance policy.
